Bridge Specialty Group is expanding its wholesale brokerage team across the Central Region, with flexible options to work from a local office or remotely. We maintain 50+ locations and a carrier network that supports a multi-billion premium book.

You will grow a profitable book, deepen agent relationships, and design placement strategies for complex risks in property, casualty, and professional lines. Active insurance license and wholesale experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in wholesale brokerage, underwriting or specialty insurance production.
• Strong retail and carrier relationships.
• Commercial judgment and technical insurance knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven approach to business development.

Responsibilities
