Fabletics is seeking a Senior Wholesale Sales Manager to lead the growth of our wholesale business from the El Segundo headquarters. You will own revenue generation, cultivate retailer relationships, manage sales reps, coordinate trade shows, and define territory strategy.

This role reports to the Vice President of Wholesale, requires 40–50% travel, and involves building a scalable wholesale organization, creating repeatable processes, and delivering executive reviews and data-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years wholesale sales experience in apparel/activewear.
• Established relationships with retailers, buyers, reps, and partners.
• Experience managing sales reps and driving performance.
• Seasonal selling, assortment planning, forecasting, inventory.
• Open new accounts and convert relationships into revenue.
• Build a business in evolving processes.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• AI literacy with generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own territory strategy, revenue, and performance.
• Build and expand account base across women’s and men’s categories.
• Identify and open new business across retailers, specialty stores, and partnerships.
• Develop seasonal sales plans, targets, projections, and growth strategies.
• Manage seasonal assortments, buys, inventory, reorders, and account performance.
• Build senior-level relationships with key retail partners.
