Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Program Manager to shape the next generation of WFM for Global Care.

The role emphasizes data, reporting, and automation across Power BI, SharePoint, and Verint, while guiding ramp strategy, OT reporting, and intraday productivity. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, partnering with data and IT teams for BI and automation improvements, and delivering scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in organizational programs, project management, analytics, systems, or related area.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or program-management experience.
• Strongly preferred: SQL for data querying and transformation; Power BI for data models and dashboards; workflow automation via Power Automate/Power Apps; experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional Workforce Management initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with data, reporting, and IT teams to improve BI, automation, and workflow capabilities across Power BI, SharePoint, and Verint.
• Develop and support reporting and decision-support solutions reducing manual data pulls and recurring report creation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities guiding workforce planning decisions.
• Identify repetitive processes and design scalable solutions using workflow automation and scripting.
• Support health, accuracy, adoption, and improvement of WFM reporting as business needs evolve.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate findings clearly to technical teams and leadership.
• Manage program changes, dependencies, risks, vendor relationships, and cross-functional partnerships.
