Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

You will own the functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, driving guardrails and adoption while ensuring compliant, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to translate demand drivers into requirements.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling models to produce reliable plans.
• Define scheduling patterns, templates, rules, and optimization constraints.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and ensure end-to-end delivery.
