Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techn o-Functional Expert to lead design and delivery of scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, defining scheduling patterns, ensuring accuracy and governance, and driving adoption across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering WFM solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• Experience configuring and debugging WFM solutions.
• Experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar).
• Experience partnering with SaaS vendors and working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy, design, and forecasting workflows for demand and staffing.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, enhancements, defects, and releases with documentation.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption with HR, operations, and tech teams.
