Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) seeks a senior environmental professional to lead regulatory support for federal and state clients, focusing on implementation of the Clean Water Act Section 404.

You will draft permits, manage projects, and deliver training and guidance to clients to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, deep understanding of jurisdictional determinations and NEPA, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
• Familiarity with NEPA, Endangered Species Act, and related statutes.

Responsibilities

• Draft 404 permits or similar state permits for discharges.
