• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Electrical/Materials/Physics/Mechanical Eng or STEM field.
• 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, process or technology development.
• 1+ years of DOE and statistical process control experience.
• 2+ years of experience with module integration across etch, deposition, CMP, or lithography.
• Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing processes and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes.
• Drive parameter optimization, material selection, and system design to exceed requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies using simulations and practical methods.
• Develop device architectures for next-generation semiconductor capabilities.
• Create technology roadmaps and integrate emerging technologies into manufacturing.
