Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on wet process engineering in solar/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with TOPCon or other high-efficiency cell technologies preferred.
• Proficient in wet process metrology and process control approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and own wet processes for TOPCon cell manufacturing, including texturing, cleaning, and etch steps
• Own bath chemistry, concentration control, temperature management, dosing, and bath life across chemistries
• Optimize surface texture, reflectance, and cleanliness to improve cell efficiency
• Qualify inline and batch wet process tools from installation to production readiness
• Lead root cause analysis for yield excursions using first-principles approaches
• Support 24/7 manufacturing operations through rotations and on-call availability
• Drive next-generation wet chemistry formulations to reduce cost and improve cell performance
