FORTNA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) to define, evolve, and deliver software that orchestrates work in automated distribution centers. The role blends customer engagement, product strategy, and AI-enabled excellence across WES, WMS, and related systems.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or software delivery.
- Experience in warehouse execution or automation.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Experience with Agile software development, Jira, roadmaps, epics, and backlog management.
- Translate complex warehouse operations into scalable software requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and balance investments, requirements, and market opportunities.
- Engage with customers and warehouse teams to gather Voice of Customer.
- Translate operational requirements into features, epics, and user stories.
- Define capabilities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain AI-enabled quality checks and reusable prompts for requirements.
