Job summary

HealthFitness has an exciting opportunity for a Programming Manager to be based out of one of our client locations in Smithfield, RI; Merrimack, NH; Covington, KY; Durham, NC; or Westlake, TX. In this onsite role, you will lead programming strategy across multiple locations, develop and execute engagement plans tailored to each site, and ensure high-quality program delivery throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ program management experience in fitness, wellbeing or related environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; ability to travel up to 6x/year.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide programming standardization for multiple regions.
• Create and maintain an annual program and promotion plan with Account Manager.
• Ensure branding and messaging consistency across locations.
• Track participation and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify innovations and opportunities through market analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
