Harford County Government seeks a Wellness and Health Benefits Coordinator to support wellness and health promotion programs for seniors in the community. The role involves data management, contract oversight, and project support for the Wellness and Health Benefits Manager.

Collaborate with county departments, the Maryland Department of Aging, and aging organizations to implement initiatives, manage data collection, and assist in grant activities for SHIP, SMP, and MIPPA programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programs and services for seniors and ability to plan and evaluate programs.
• Ability to learn state, county and departmental services for seniors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Plan Wellness and Health Promotion programs in senior centers and communities.
• Manage contracts, data collection, and reporting for aging programs.
• Support grant management for SHIP, SMP, and MIPPA.
• Represent the department at meetings with partners and agencies.
• Assist in marketing and outreach efforts for wellness initiatives.
