STEP, Inc. centers are hiring three Coordinators to support aging programs in Lock Haven, Mill Hall, and across multiple Centers for Healthy Aging. You will plan activities, coordinate nutrition services, and foster connections for older adults in our communities.

Three vacancies include full-time at Lock Haven, part-time at Mill Hall, and a full-time floating role traveling between centers. Pay is $22.53/hour with benefits and opportunities to grow in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within initial employment period.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead wellness programs and activities for older adults.
• Coordinate nutrition services, including meals and Meals on Wheels.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging center environment for participants.
