Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Pavilion 2 in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a qualified nutrition professional to conduct wellness testing and annual lifestyle consultations, synthesizing labs, exercise, diet and sleep data into actionable plans for each patient.

Required are a Bachelor's in Human Nutrition, Registered Dietitian credentials, 6 years of relevant experience, and BLS/CPR certification. This onsite, full-time role offers competitive benefits and a patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition or related field.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers fitness testing, VO2 max, and spirometry testing in accordance with protocol.
• Completes pre-screen interview, identifies any physical limitations, reviews medications and blood pressures, and makes testing adjustments based on findings to maintain highest level of safety.
• Verifies physician orders and performs testing based on patient goals, contact year of service, and any limitations at the time of contact.
• Meets with patients annually, combining wellness report findings, labs, exercise, diet, and sleep behaviors reports. Extends professional influence and education toward the patient's establishment of goals that maintain the highest health profile.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
