Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech in Santa Fe, NM to support senior residents through the LiveFit program. You will tailor exercise plans, lead group sessions, and document progress in coordination with the Rehabilitation Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in exercise science or related field.
• Current national fitness certification from ACSM/NSCA/NASM/ACE/ISSA required.
• Preferred 1+ year of personal training or group fitness experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document LiveFit services and exercise plans for residents.
• Lead group fitness and wellness sessions under Legacy’s LiveFit program.
• Assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership.
