Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is seeking a Health & Wellness Coordinator/Driver for a part-time role in the Geneseo area. The position pays $23.50 per hour plus paid mileage and requires Wednesdays (22.5 hours weekly).

Travel to Livingston and Yates County is involved. The coordinator will develop dementia-friendly health and wellness programs, recruit and supervise volunteers, and collaborate with outreach to expand community services for residents and caregivers.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience in planning and providing health and wellness activities for older adults preferred.
• Possesses a valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive ESLC vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate dementia-friendly health and wellness programming for community residents.
• Recruit, supervise, and coach volunteers to deliver programs.
• Represent ESLC at events and collaborate with outreach team.
• Track data and reports to meet grant requirements and measure program impact.
