Job summary

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is seeking an Affordable Housing Service Coordinator to support older adults in Henrietta and Geneseo, NY. This part-time, casual role (15 hours) pays $24.50/hour for day shift work, connecting residents with housing, services, and community resources.

You will coordinate with residents, families, providers, and HUD guidelines to ensure housing stability, document activities, and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred or Associate’s Degree required.
• Two years of social service delivery experience required.
• Knowledge of local elder services and Medicaid/non-M Medicaid services.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate all care needs with the resident and supports.
• Facilitate meetings between resident, supports, and providers as needed.
• Document all encounters with the resident and providers.
