Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior/Lead Wellness Coordinator to act as the on-site clinic leader, bridging front-desk execution and clinic leadership. This role supports multiple clinics, coaching Wellness Coordinators and ensuring smooth operations.

You will drive patient experience, educate on wellness memberships, and help maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail healthcare model with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Wellness Coordinator or similar front-office healthcare role
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability
• Strong sales aptitude and coaching ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinic POS systems

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site lead during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth clinic operations
• Escalate patient concerns, staff questions, and workflow issues accordingly
• Support and reinforce clinic policies, procedures, and standards
• Mentor Wellness Coordinators and assist onboarding/training
• Coach on sales conversations, patient experience, and clinic flow
• Support daily and monthly clinic performance goals (memberships, packages, retention)
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and educate on wellness services and memberships
