Job summary

Sonata Coconut Creek is seeking a Wellness Associate to support residents in a dedicated Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Coconut Creek, Florida. You will report to the Wellness Director and Wellness Manager, delivering compassionate, person-centered care based on each Resident Service Plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health changes, maintaining supplies, and aiding in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Ability to perform tasks which may be physically demanding including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Able to maintain positive working relationships with Residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor health changes and report to Wellness Director/Manager.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and assist with ordering.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Support in orientation and onboarding of new Wellness Associates.
• Keep units clean, neat and orderly and assist with meals and activities.
