Banner Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior Wellness Specialist to support health plan members through one-on-one coaching and onsite wellness education focused on blood pressure management, cholesterol, exercise, stress management, and nutrition. You will help members pursue personalized wellness goals and develop engaging health education content.

The role is hybrid in Maricopa County with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM hours and possible onsite visits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Wellness, Health Promotion or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of wellness programs and health coaching.
• Ability to travel throughout the Valley and work onsite as needed.
• Experience delivering health education presentations.

• Leads facility-based wellness programs and content creation.
• Provides health coaching following ACSM guidelines or equivalent.
• Collaborates with HR for event coordination and engagement.
• Tracks participation and measures outcomes of wellness activities.
