Qualifications

• 10–15 years of welding operations leadership experience in heavy pipe fabrication and double-joint welding
• Proven track record managing welding personnel, schedules, and performance
• Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR development, NDT processes, and weld traceability systems
• Experience with ASME, AWS and API welding codes and standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily welding activities in shop and field environments.
• Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR, WPQ requirements and welding codes.
• Plan manpower, equipment, consumables, and production logistics with project teams.
• Monitor KPIs like weld production rates, repair rates, and welder utilization.
