Modine Manufacturing Company (US) is seeking a Senior Welding Engineer to own welding processes for structural steel fabrication. You will develop, implement, and sustain welding procedures and lead process optimization for GMAW-P pulse and TIG applications.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Design Engineering to ensure weld quality, cost reduction, and compliant welding standards, while applying Lean principles across the welding line.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or welding-focused program required.
• Active CWI certification is required.
• Experience developing and qualifying welding procedures and welding quality programs.

Mansioni

• Lead welding process development and optimization for structural steel fabrication.
• Maintain weld procedures, WPS, PQR, and weld documentation.
• Support TIG and GMAW-P welding processes and robotic welding cells.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering and Quality to define weld requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
