The role requires 5+ years in welding engineering, CAE/FEA experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A bachelor’s degree in welding, materials, or mechanical engineering is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a welding engineer.
• Experience leading technical teams to resolve welding bottlenecks and root causes.
• Experience with CAE/FEA to model weld distortion and residual stresses.
• Experience with additive manufacturing and solid-state joining.
• Knowledge of AWS structural codes for heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
