Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years of welding/metal fabrication experience with MIG/TIG welding required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced welding and fabrication specific to tank construction and welds to standards of safety and quality.
• Reads blueprints and diagrams to perform MIG/TIG weldments and fixtures.
• Trains and mentors team members; supports night shift supervisor.
• Ensures safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy across welding operations.
