Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of welding/machine fabrication experience required.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate welding and fabrication for tank construction with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and accuracy.
• Reads blueprints and welding symbols to perform MIG/TIG welds and fixtures.
• Measures and welds to exact specifications and bead sizes.
• Examines welds for bead size and compliance with specs.
• Records time for customer jobs in the ERP system.
• Operates overhead hoist/crane and rigging to lift and maneuver tanks.
• Operates pallet jacks and other powered equipment as required.
• Supports team to maintain operational excellence and safety compliance.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
