Job summary

Presrite Corporation in Ohio seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep facilities equipment in optimal condition. You will read mechanical drawings, troubleshoot issues, perform welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), and document tasks using the CMMS system. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential in this role.

The successful candidate has at least 5 years of advanced mechanical maintenance experience and a hands-on approach to solving equipment challenges in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years advanced mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, understand, correct, or modify mechanical schematics and prints.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide equitable solutions.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG and Stick welding with cutting torches used when required.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facilities equipment in proper working order.
• Manufacture with or without prints those pieces of equipment or modify those pieces of equipment needed to ensure proper flow and usage of all facilities equipment.
• Weld and cut forms of metals in a correct and safe manner.
• Assist maintenance and other departments with repairs to equipment or facility.
• Document completion of tasks in the CMMS system.
• Comply with all company safety policies and rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
