Job summary

Falcon Manufacturing LLC, a division of NOA Brands America, Inc., is a custom fabrication facility specializing in sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. We seek a Senior Welder to join our Welding Department in Somerset, NJ, for 1st shift with overtime as needed.

The Senior Welder will perform TIG and MIG welding per drawings, inspect materials, set up and maintain equipment, and work both independently and in a team environment to meet production targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
• Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more.

Falcon is looking to add a Senior Welderto our Welding Department.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal part according to blueprints specification using TIG/MIG
• Inspect materials to be welded
• Set up, operate and maintain equipment
• Use of hand tools
• Run repetitive production parts as needed.
• Maintains work area
• Perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.

Job Type:

Full-time, 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm
