Job summary

Falcon Manufacturing, a division of NOA Brands America, Inc., is seeking a Spot-Welding Operator in Somerset, NJ. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with overtime as needed. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour DOE. Requires 1 year in manufacturing and spot welding, HS diploma, and ability to read drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, meeting productivity standards, and cooperating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing.

Falcon Industries is looking to add a Spot-Welding Operator to our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to run repetitive production parts.
• Reports to Department Manager.
• May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 1 year experience in spot welding
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
• Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 pounds
• Ability to sit, walk and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours).

• Ability to work in noisy environment, varying temperatures
