Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• At least 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Oversee quality policies and establish procedures to meet objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety matters.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Recommend programs to improve operations and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the maintenance team and ensure records are kept.
