Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse activities on the Weekend shift (Friday – Monday, 6:00am–4:00pm). You’ll motivate the team, supervise operations, and ensure top‑notch service for customers.

This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and a flexible schedule including overtime. A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and prior 3PL or ISO exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
