Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Integration Architect / WebMethods Lead to own the end-to-end integration landscape for a large-scale program, spanning over 13,000 interface links with SAP hubs, webMethods, SAP BTP CI, and third-party platforms. You will design governance, sequencing, and platform architecture across global regions.

You will lead regional delivery leads and integration engineers, establish interface standards, manage inventories and mappings, and align delivery waves with SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture with webMethods.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, OData).
• Leadership of regional delivery teams in large programs.
• Cloud-based integration on AWS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise integration strategy across 13k interfaces.
• Architect and optimize middleware stack on AWS using webMethods and SAP BTP CI.
• Oversee interface inventory, mapping, and re-pointing patterns.
• Lead regional delivery leads and engineers across global regions.
• Collaborate with EA boards to enforce interface design standards.
