Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of our Web3 ecosystem. You will craft user experiences for asset-backed loans and tokenised products, turning complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to deliver fast, data-driven designs. You bring proven Crypto/Web3 experience, strong Figma skills, and an AI-first approach to prototyping and testing with real users.

Qualifications

Proven knowledge in product UX/UI design with crypto/web3 or fintech background.
Expert in Figma and interaction design.
AI-native approach to rapid prototyping and testing with real users.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end trading, investment, and Web3 interfaces for mobile and web.
Simplify tokenized financial products into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to optimize funnel metrics.
Contribute to scalable design systems for data-heavy interfaces.
Use AI to prototype, test and ship faster with coded prototypes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
