Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of our Web3 ecosystem. You will craft user experiences for asset-backed loans and tokenised products, turning complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to deliver fast, data-driven designs. You bring proven Crypto/Web3 experience, strong Figma skills, and an AI-first approach to prototyping and testing with real users.

Your mission

As a Senior Product Designer on Bitpanda s Web3 team, you will architect the user experiences that power our next‑generation crypto ecosystem, from asset‑backed loans in the Bitpanda app to tokenised structured products in the Vision Wallet. You will transform complex, data‑heavy financial workflows into seamless interfaces, navigating the unique challenges of a fast‑moving, highly regulated space. Partnering tightly with engineering, product, and compliance teams, your designs will directly drive customer engagement, retention, and trust. You ll shape Bitpanda s newest business lines, using AI to go from idea to working prototypes in hours and to testing them with real customers within days.

What you ll do

• Design and develop end‑to‑end trading, investment, and Web3 interfaces across both mobile and web platforms
• Simplify highly complex financial products (such as tokenized financial derivatives) into intuitive, low‑friction user experiences
• Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to optimize funnel conversion, engagement, and drop‑off rates
• Apply and continuously contribute to scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and performance across data‑heavy interfaces
• Use AI to prototype, test and ship faster: build working, coded prototypes in hours, test them with customers within days, and keep our design system ready for engineers

Who you are

Proven knowledge and experience in Product, UX, and UI Design, with a mandatory strong background in Crypto, Web3, or complex fintech products Expert in Figma and interaction design, and AI‑native in how you work: you already use AI tools to build coded prototypes and test ideas fast. Experience simplifying complex financial concepts and workflows into accessible, user‑centric designs Practical knowledge of working within regulated, fast‑moving environments while maintaining high design delivery velocity A strong data‑informed mindset with experience in continuous optimization based on user metrics, coupled with deep customer empathy
