Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Web3 Engineer in a hybrid environment between Southlake, TX and Austin, TX. The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling blockchain infrastructure, including tokenization services, smart contracts, and cross-network integrations.

Responsibilities span architecture, prototyping, and production-grade delivery across Ethereum/EVM, Besu, Canton/Daml, and permissioned networks. A hands-on developer with backend strength is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed systems or fintech/blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on Web3 engineering experience across platforms and networks.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum/EVM, smart contracts, ABI encoding, and transaction lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable Web3 platform services for tokenization and transaction processing.
• Develop backend services that interact with blockchain nodes, wallets, and custody platforms.
• Create blockchain abstraction layers to support multiple networks (Besu, Canton, Ethereum/EVM, Layer 2).
• Implement connectivity using JSON-RPC, WebSocket, ABI encoding, and events.
• Collaborate with platform, infra, and security teams to ensure production readiness.
