Insight Global seeks a Senior Web3 Engineer to join a growing team building enterprise-grade blockchain platforms for tokenized assets, wallets, and custody services. You will design, build, and scale systems across Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Canton/Daml, and other networks, owning architecture through production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in distributed systems and hands-on Web3 experience, with strong security practices and familiarity with JSON-RPC, WebSocket, and smart contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed systems or backend services
• Expertise in Web3 and blockchain engineering
• Experience with Ethereum/EVM ecosystems including smart contracts
• Knowledge of token standards: ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, ERC-3643
• Security practices: static analysis, fuzz testing, formal verification
• Experience with Hyperledger Besu or permissioned networks
• Experience Canton, Daml, validator infrastructure
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Go, Kotlin, TypeScript, Rust, Python, C++
• Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, cloud-native apps
• Ability to own architecture from development to production
• Experience tokenization initiatives and digital assets
• Blockchain indexers, wallet platforms, custody integrations, transaction orchestration

Responsabilités

• Design and build reusable platform services for tokenization, wallet integration, and transaction processing
• Develop backend services interfacing with blockchain nodes, custody platforms, wallets, and smart contracts
• Build blockchain abstraction layers supporting multiple networks
• Develop solutions for Ethereum, EVM chains, Hyperledger Besu, Canton/Daml, and private blockchains
• Implement blockchain connectivity using JSON-RPC, WebSocket, event monitoring, and contract interactions
• Build distributed systems for high-volume tokenized asset transactions and enterprise-grade scalability
• Design, review, and integrate smart contracts for tokenized assets and workflows
• Work with Solidity and ERC standards to develop secure blockchain apps
• Develop layers for transaction creation, ABI encoding/decoding, and event processing
• Establish standards for testing, deployment, governance, versioning, and release management
• Support security initiatives including threat modeling, static analysis, fuzzing, and secure deployment
