Job summary

UNIVERSAL ASSET MANAGEMENT INC. seeks a senior technologist to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in technology leadership and architecture.
• Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud providers and AI/ML integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of the iCALC platform with high performance and reliability.
• Architect and develop blockchain-based systems for trusted information exchange between internal and external stakeholders.
• Design on-chain/off-chain data models for high availability, traceability, and performance.
• Develop robust smart-contract-like workflows for asset lifecycle events, settlements, and audits.
• Evaluate and deploy blockchain frameworks (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or permissioned EVM).
• Guide deployment strategies on AWS, Azure, or GCP ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with users and lead a team to deliver platform features aligned with business needs.
• Integrate blockchain with AI, data analytics, and ERP systems for automation and insights.
• Maintain strong delivery mindset, balancing innovation with practical execution.
• Occasional business travel as assigned by company.
