Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience.
• Strong end-to-end network flow knowledge and TCP/IP expertise.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing, IPS, and routing/switching.
• Understanding TLS and data in transit encryption.
• Hands-on with proxies (SkyHigh Web Gateway) and content filtering.
• Senior level expertise in at least one: F5 SSL0/ASM, NSX Defender, or cloud security in VMware/AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, definition, and documentation of network security requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans and produce quantitative results.
• Outline measurement marks - policy, ease of administration, use cases, etc.
• Research, design, engineer, implement and support security systems per standards.
• Drive complex security projects to on-time delivery.
• Identify and raise risks or vulnerabilities at all stages.
• Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in meeting requirements.
• Oversee major milestones including requirements, test plans, implementation, and runbooks.
