Qualifications

• : 5+ years of hands-on experience with BGP design, configuration, and troubleshooting; ISP work and BGP policies
• : NetScout Arbor hardware and related DDoS mitigation technologies deployment, tuning, operational support
• : Experience deploying security in cloud networks like Akamai and Cloudflare
• : Network Security or Cloud Security experience is a plus
• : Experience configuring Web Application Firewall (WAF) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert for one or more engineering initiatives
• Designs, develops, and implements systems to protect boundaries, harden systems and secure data
• Drives complex security projects, identifies risks and vulnerabilities at all stages
• Leverages broad information security knowledge and grows expertise in security domains
• Leads documentation of system security requirements
• Leads work with stakeholders with varying priorities to negotiate paths forward
• Develops and executes test plans to produce quantitative results and develops multiple solutions
