Position Objective:
The Creative Web Project Manager is a skilled project leader who manages complex, custom web design projects from discovery to launch. This role involves coordinating resources effectively, understanding client objectives deeply, and driving results within timelines. The manager will motivate teams to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in web design and development
- Leadership skills to effectively manage client communications and meetings
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Experience in a digital agency or consulting firm
- Familiarity with PM tools like Jira
- Confidence in managing all project aspects to keep teams focused and clients reassured
- Technical writing skills for documentation
- At least 1 year of remote project management experience
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope aligned with client’s goals and budget
- Prepare for and lead client meetings with energy and professionalism
- Clarify project scope and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Gather content from clients and keep them informed of requirements to prevent delays
- Act as the main contact between creative teams and clients, managing expectations and feedback
- Work with designers to ensure client vision is accurately reflected
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and responsibilities
- Communicate effectively, listening and considering different perspectives
- Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes for creative projects
- Take ownership of all account activities, serving as the primary contact internally and externally
- Focus on results and process improvement
- Inspire and motivate teams with strong leadership skills
- Develop requirements documents, specifications, schedules, and other deliverables
- Work effectively in remote environments
- Present well-reasoned options confidently to decision makers
- Own QA testing to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
