You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage discovery artifacts in Confluence, and ensure UX, accessibility, performance, SEO, and analytics

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating digital initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization.

Aufgaben

• Support the Web Product Delivery process from requirements through launch.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure decisions are documented.
• Ensure projects meet standards for UX, accessibility, performance, SEO, content, analytics.
• Support launch readiness activities including QA, analytics validation.
• Manage and triage web product requests and discovery pipeline.
• Maintain discovery backlog and coordinate discovery activities.
• Coordinate intake and discovery pipeline from request to prioritization.
• Ensure discovery work produces clear problem statements and next steps.
• Analyze requests to identify recurring themes and scalable opportunities.
• Maintain discovery artifacts in Confluence.
