Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Digital Web Product Senior Associate in Chicago to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of the public-facing website. You will report to the Web Product Lead and collaborate across Web Product Delivery and Discovery models to move work from discovery to launch.

The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into structured requirements while coordinating with design, analytics, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, web product, digital marketing, project management, UX, business analysis, or related.
• Experience coordinating digital initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Web Product Delivery process from approved requirements through execution and launch.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status updates with clear decisions and action items.
• Ensure projects meet standards for UX, accessibility, performance, SEO, content, and analytics.
• Support launch readiness activities including QA, content readiness, and analytics validation.
• Manage and triage incoming web product requests and prioritize discovery or delivery paths.
• Maintain discovery backlog and coordinate discovery activities, including requirements gathering and user research.
• Coordinate intake and discovery pipeline from request to scoping, discovery, and prioritization.
• Ensure discovery work yields clear problem statements, user needs, and business objectives.
• Analyze requests to identify recurring themes and scalable opportunities.
• Maintain discovery artifacts and decision records in Confluence.
