The ideal candidate has a technical bachelor’s degree and at least five years of project management experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and minimum 5 years of relevant PM experience.
• Advanced understanding of production and operations issues in engineering project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Team-oriented with positive attitude and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to deliver pragmatic solutions while maintaining quality.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large engineering projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and scope; report status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; drive projects to closure.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across teams and external entities.
• Mentor junior project managers and share knowledge with the team.
• Communicate scope, schedule, and cost effectively to all stakeholders.
