Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering across front-end, back end, and mobile.

• Experience authoring or deploying autonomous/agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and quality.

Job description

• Serve as the senior technical voice for the Web & Mobile team, setting direction on architecture, AI enablement, DevOps, and engineering standards.
• Own architectural design decisions across a full technology landscape spanning front end, back end/API services, middleware, and mobile.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team; evaluate and apply AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across engineering, product, and the business to align technical direction with organizational priorities
• Build and champion observability, analytics, and reporting practices across mobile apps and the broader technical landscape (bug tracking, performance monitoring, release health).
• Evaluate new integrations (APIs, SDKs, proof-of-concepts) and guide how they get incorporated into web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across front-end, back end/API development, and mobile experience
• Demonstrated technical leadership as an individual contributor, someone who has influenced architecture and driven team consensus without formal management authority.
• The presence and communication style to build trust quickly with a technical team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience building or deploying autonomous/agentic AI systems (RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, production AI agents)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and a track record of applying them to improve team velocity and code quality.
• Experience implementing observability, analytics, and reporting practices across applications.
