Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve prescription processing and pharmacist workflows. You will contribute to scalable backend systems, ML-driven data parsing, and integration with partners like drug manufacturers and insurers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies, operating within modern environments (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Experience building and integrating predictive ML models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery via automation and coordinated manual tasks.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows within their use cases.
• Architect platforms and lead engineering to support scalable, reliable services across the prescription processing workflow.
