Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own the websites across our brand portfolio, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director. You’ll be the most senior and technical voice for our web presence; building, maintaining, and continually improving each site, setting development standards across the portfolio, and formulating on how new sites get built.

Our preferred stack is Next.js on the front end with a headless CMS powering content, and you’ll help shape that direction going forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and maintaining production websites.
• Experience with React/Next.js and making architecture decisions.
• Headless CMS setup (Strapi or similar) for a decoupled front end.
• Strong SEO, site performance, and web security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own build, upkeep, and improvement of all sites across the portfolio.
• Build new sites with Next.js and a headless CMS; configure CMS for each site.
• Drive migrations to Next.js + headless CMS and evaluate new tools.
• Translate business priorities into a technical roadmap for multiple brands.
• Monitor performance and ensure uptime; diagnose site-level issues.
• Maintain CMS configs, plugins, themes, and security across sites.
• Collaborate with marketing/leadership/design; maintain consistency.
