Job summary

Webflower is seeking a Senior Technical Educator in San Francisco to create best-in-class video, written, and hands-on education content. You will build production-grade sites used in our education videos and courses, and present on camera as a developer educator.

You'll learn to integrate the company's platform with other services, keep the technical library current, and partner with product and engineering to ensure timely, accurate education material.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and design.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and ability to explain code clearly.
• Experience teaching technical concepts via video, docs, courses or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build the reference websites anchoring courses, tutorials, and live trainings.
• Shape technical curriculum with instructional designers and video producers.
• Present technical content on camera for tutorials and live sessions.
• Collaborate with video producers and designers through pre-production and review.
• Act as the education team's technical SME, reviewing accuracy.
• Keep the technical library current as the platform ships.
• Partner with product and engineering to anticipate upcoming features.
