Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Web Developer (UI, Training Content & Adoption Tools) to support platform UI development and lead the creation of web-based training content and adoption tools for a federal data integration program.

You will build accessible online learning resources and the training metrics dashboard that tracks adoption across government partner offices. This fully remote role emphasizes 508/WCAG compliance and data-driven training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of web development experience in web content/training.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 for accessible content and training materials.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience building dashboards or metrics reporting.
• Familiarity with federal web development standards.

Responsibilities

• Support platform UI development as a secondary developer for species display and geographic query interfaces.
• Lead the development of web-based training content and self-paced modules ensuring 508-compliance.
• Develop training videos, job aids, and online help for government staff and public audiences.
• Design and develop the Training and Adoption Metrics Dashboard tracking usage and completion rates.
• Ensure all training content meets Section 508/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
• Contribute to User Testing and Training Plan content and timelines.
• Assist in post-deployment monitoring and resolving UI issues.
