Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Web Developer (UI, Training Content & Adoption Tools) to support platform UI development and lead web-based training materials for a federal data integration program. This fully remote role focuses on accessibility and adoption metrics across government partner offices.

The role requires 5+ years of web development, proficiency in React/Angular, and experience creating Section 508-compliant training resources. DHS/DOT alignments are common in this project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or higher education pathway.
• 5+ years in web development including training content or e-learning.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience creating Section 508-compliant content and training materials.
• Experience building data dashboards and metrics reporting tools.
• Familiarity with federal web development standards.

Responsibilities

• Support platform UI development as a secondary developer and front-end updates.
• Lead development of web-based training content and adoption tools.
• Develop training videos, job aids, and help resources for government staff.
• Design the Training and Adoption Metrics Dashboard and track usage metrics.
• Ensure training content meets WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
• Assist in User Testing and Training Plan content timelines.
• Monitor post-deployment UI issues and resolve user-reported problems.
