Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a senior full-stack web developer to lead both front-end and back-end efforts for the marketing site. You will drive architecture, experiment with Jamstack tools, and collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to deliver high-performance experiences.

You will work on CMS integrations, building interactive features, and ensuring accessibility, security, and scalability across devices while maintaining and evolving the web infrastructure, with a strong focus on frontend

Qualifications

8+ years of full-stack web development experience in SaaS.
Expertise with Astro, React, Vue, or Svelte on the frontend.
Strong Node.js/Deno backend; Python or Ruby are a plus.
CMS integration and optimization across modern platforms.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Web Development: own front-end and back-end for marketing site.
Tech Stack Evolution: research and implement modern web tech (Astro, Netlify, etc.).
Build Interactive Experiences: create dynamic tools, calculators, and features.
CMS Integration & Optimization: integrate and tune CMS platforms for performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with designers, content and SEO teams.
Performance & Security: ensure speed, accessibility, and security across devices.
Maintenance & Support: ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for site features.
