Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design.
• Exceptional portfolio across brand identity, web, campaigns.
• Experience designing websites and landing pages with UX/e-commerce.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design across the full brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, and partnerships.
• Turn brand strategy and creative concepts into distinctive, highly polished visual work.
• Help evolve the visual identity, brand systems, and creative standards as the company scales.
• Concept and execute major campaigns and launches, from early ideation through final production.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Growth, e-commerce, and Partnerships teams, plus external production partners.
• Balance strong brand storytelling with commercial goals, creating work that looks exceptional and performs.
