Job summary

Profound is seeking a Web Designer to shape how the brand appears online, from marketing site to product pages. You will work with front-end engineers, design engineers, and the brand team to deliver high-craft web experiences with ownership over visuals.

The role demands a strong portfolio, mastery of typography, layout, and a hands-on approach to HTML/CSS or a component-based design system, plus ability to move fast on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing craft on real, shipped websites.
• Strong command of web design fundamentals: layout, type, grid, hierarchy.
• Ability to translate briefs into high-quality web experiences with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign sites reflecting Profound's brand.
• Collaborate with front-end and design engineers from concept to production, including QA and launch.
• Design within our web design system and help evolve it.
• Prototype interactions and page-level motion with detailed specs for implementation.
• Own web design end-to-end for key initiatives, from homepage updates to new product features.
• Collaborate with brand and product marketing to create high-conversion pages.
• Continuously audit and refine the site for craft and consistency.
• Extend into email, social, and event assets when connected to web campaigns.
